After running my own business for many years and with a lifelong interest in psychology and hypnosis, I began training with the prestigious London College of Clinical Hypnosis where I gained a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis.

I also became interested in Energy Therapies at around this time, particularly EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). After training with Alison Munro, a highly respected EFT trainer, I gained my Level 2 Practitioner status which is registered with AAMET (Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques). An interest in sports led me to train with the Centre for Sports Hypnosis and I am on their list of qualified practitioners.

I am registered with the British Society for Clinical Hypnosis and the General Hypnotherapy Register and am bound by their code of ethics.
I am also registered with the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners
